PANORAMA 5
The successful PANORAMA project continued with a new stage 5. Thanks to the good road network and direct contact with nature, the interest in the project was again massive. Two modern apartment houses offered 132 new apartments with their own outdoor space, community gardens, and enough parking spaces.
PARK ANIČKA
The project is situated in the recreational zone Anička in the Košice-North district. The complex consists of 4 apartment houses, a multi-purpose building, and parking. In Košice, it is a unique gated area rich in greenery, with a fountain, playing field, playgrounds for children, and a relax zone reserved only for its inhabitants. The project offers everything for a practical and comfortable life, is an ideal combination of modern living, facilities and amenities, distance from the city centre, nature, and privacy.
PARK ANIČKA – Polyfunkcia
The multi-purpose building Park ANIČKA is the entry gate to the recreational zone and is situated in the vicinity of Hlinkova street that is one of the main arterial roads in Košice. The new three-storey administrative and commercial centre offers the future clients office and commercial spaces of high quality. On the ground floor, there is a FRESH supermarket with the area of 928 m2 .
The two other storeys are designed for offices.
PANORÁMA 4
Great access to the city and a direct contact with nature stand behind the success of the PANORAMA project. In 2017, the multi-purpose building and additional 74 apartments and commercial spaces on the ground floor were completed. All apartments were sold off-plan.
PANORAMA VILLA HOUSES
The success of the first PANORAMA stages and demand for apartments triggered the construction of four 4-storey villa houses with their own gated outdoor space, playgrounds and parking. All apartments were sold off-plan. 139 of new apartments in total were handed over within this stage.
PANORAMA FAMILY HOUSES
We have built one of the most successful development projects in recent years in Košice. The development started in 2011 with family houses with a backyard. All in all, 152 houses were built in several stages.
MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AT KOVÁČSKÁ STREET
Complex renovation of an old historical building in the Košice city centre at Kováčská street. The basement, ground floor and first floor contain commercial premises. The building is the seat of MM Invest and MM Invest Košice. It is also the seat of Generali and Šafrán. The building houses a restaurant, café and the Camelot brewery. The second and third floors offer four luxurious two-storey apartments.
KAVEČANY RESIDENCE
Development of a new location for the construction of 44 family houses in a popular Kavečany district in Košice. Purchase and land consolidation followed up by a construction of roads, buried services, and plotting for individual construction of family houses.
