FINANCING OPTIONS

BUYING AN APARTMENT?

USE EITHER YOUR OWN MONEY OR A MORTGAGE LOAN

PAYMENT STRUCTURE AND SCHEDULE

Reservation fee of EUR 2,000 at the conclusion of the Reservation Agreement serves for the reservation of the apartment until the preliminary agreement is signed. The apartment will be reserved for you and not offered for sale until conclusion of the preliminary agreement.

WE ARE NEGOTIATING ADVANTAGEOUS CONDITIONS FOR YOU IN CASE YOU DECIDE TO FINANCE THE APARTMENT BY WAY OF MORTGAGE!

  • We will prepare offers of individual banks, which will save you time you would otherwise spend visiting banks.
  • We will highlight the advantages of individual offers (e.g. lower interest rate, lower fees, elaboration of an expert opinion, discount off the loan processing fee, faster loan drawdown, etc.) to help you get the best mortgage on the market.
  • We will take care of the documents you will need to file the loan application (e.g. preparation of budgets, expert opinions if the loan is increased by the cost of finishing works, preparation of the plot plans, etc.)
  • We will help you set the conditions of the loan in the loan agreement, so they are in line with the agreed schedule of payments for your apartment.
  • We will help you choose the best property insurance and insurance bondage in favour of the bank providing the mortgage.
  • We will take care of all the paperwork at the land registry.
  • We will prepare all documents required for drawing individual loan tranches.
